Paraclete Incorporated has a rich history as a trusted construction consulting and contracting firm, delivering expert project management services to both public and private clients since its founding in 1986. Officially incorporated in North Carolina in 1994, the company quickly became known for its specialization in guiding real estate and facility development projects from inception to completion. With a strong foundation in proven project management techniques, Paraclete has consistently helped clients manage scope, time, cost, and quality, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Based in Matthews, NC, Paraclete’s experienced team boasts decades of expertise in construction, engineering, and strategic planning. Under the leadership of President Carrie Culpepper and Vice President/Project Manager Perry Culpepper, the company has built a reputation for providing cost-effective, efficient, and high-quality solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
