Serving as Vice President and Project Manager, Perry brings over 35 years professional experience in engineering, construction, and real estate development. He has a proven track record in construction management and facility development, having worked with various public and private clients, including government agencies, medical facilities, private developers, and design professionals. Perry earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 1980. His professional certifications include Engineer-in-Training, Licensed North Carolina Home Inspector, Licensed General Contractor, Licensed Real Estate Broker (inactive), and Certified Construction Manager. He is also a member of several professional associations, such as the Construction Specification Institute and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
